Jason Brown and his crew from Annapolis Exteriors has been working hard and long to give the house a new shingled roof. Goshen Volunteers have helped along the way both Saturday 9/29/12 and again yesterday (10/1/12) repairing the house’s roof decking and picking up the resultant trash.

This leaves just the two porches to re-roof. The side porch still need a lots of structural repairs (weather delay) and the large front porch just needs its new shingles.

I believe you will agree, the house is really looking grand, perched on the hill.

#1 A view from the front yard.

#2 Just a little closer look at the architectural beige shingles. The shingles look almost like cedar shakes.

#3 A view of the north and west facades. and

#4. Looking at the south side of the 1859 unit and the south-western end of the 1783 roof as it nears completion.
